Warner Music launches Atlantic Information Benelux

Warner Music launches Atlantic Records Benelux, which the company claims will be dedicated to discovering and promoting emerging indigenous hip-hop artists from across the Benelux region.

Atlantic Records Benelux is managed by Sander Stijnen as Head of A&R and Ixia Verdooren as Head of Domestic Marketing.

The duo will remain in their existing roles at ADA and Warner Music Benelux respectively and will continue to report to the President of Warner Music Benelux, Martin Jessurun.

The announcement follows the launch of Atlantic Records Russia in March.

In the same month, Warner Music also acquired the indie label Zhara.

The new label in the Benelkux region starts with the signing of the Dutch artist DJ DYLVN, who released his solo debut EP Chase in 2018.

Atlantic Records Benelux will be releasing DJ DYLVN’s new singles in the coming months, with FASHIONOVA being released today (November 4th) with BKO and Defano Holwijn.

Since beginning his tenure as Head of ADA Benelux in March 2020, Stijnen has signed contracts with Big Top Amsterdam, Absolute P, BMKLTSCH RCRDS, Mattan Records and Disruptive Records.
