Children grow so fast! Just buying brand new clothes for your little one can get expensive if they need a completely new wardrobe every few months. Because of this, buying used children’s clothing online is a fantastic idea. You can buy carefully worn clothing for a fraction of the new purchase price. Plus, buying used clothing is an easy way to support a more sustainable fashion culture. In this article, I’ll share some of my favorite children’s clothing consignment stores online.
The best online consignment stores for used children’s clothing
It’s unreal what you find in an online children’s consignment store. Brand new clothes, unopened toys, strollers, baby carriers, and anything else you can think of for your little one. The best part about shopping for used kids’ clothing online is that you can get everything you need for a fraction of the regular price you would pay if you bought a new one. The second best part is that you don’t have to leave the house to do this. Just go online to find everything you need for your little one.
After years of shopping both online and in-store at children’s consignment stores, I’ve started making a list of some of the best online broadcast Stores i found.
Whether organic, vintage, sporty or classic, no matter what style, you will find it at Kidizen. Kidizen offers clothes and other essential items like books and toys for babies, toddlers, children and moms. You can buy clothes at a certain price (under $ 10) or buy your favorite kids’ brands for clothes that still have the tags on. When ordering from Kidizen, note that all sales are final. You can get a refund if your order hasn’t shipped, doesn’t arrive at its destination, or if the order shows up and doesn’t match your order.
Poshmark offers much more than just children’s consignment clothing, but also a large selection of children’s clothing. You can search for popular deals (pink baby clothes), best-selling brands (Carter’s, Disney), or trending topics (Care Bears, Sesame Street) to find kids’ clothes, toys, and books. You can even refine your search using filters such as color choices, price, and condition (all conditions versus tags).
Orchard for children
At Children’s Orchard, you can find used children’s clothes, shoes, toys and equipment up to 70% cheaper than shopping mall prices. Shop everything from newborn and infant clothing to children’s outerwear, sleepwear, swimwear, shoes, boots, and even costumes and dance wear.
The ThreadUP website is one of my favorites. It’s super organized to make shopping as easy as possible. You can buy kids’ clothing under $ 10, or even second-hand clothing that still has the tags on. And if you’re feeling a little left out, ThredUP also has plenty of options to choose from. ThreadUP carries Luxury shipment Items with top brand names like Gucci, Burberry and Diane von Furstenberg. ThreadUP also offers an amazing selection for mothers-to-be stylish maternity wear.
Shop Tomorrows is different from all of the other online thrift stores on this list in that it does not require a currency exchange. Instead, you can trade in your used clothing for your next purchase. Just go to the website, browse the clothes, click what you want, and you can pay with tokens that you’ve either earned (by listing and selling items) or by buying them. Note that there is a $ 4.99 fee per transaction and $ 7 fixed shipping cost.
Don’t let the name throw you away, Toycycle is more than just used children’s toys. You can buy anything from clothes to toys to baby equipment. Toycycle makes it easy to find what you need with filters based on age (toddler to school age), product categories (equipment, clothing, clearance sale) and condition (minor defects to new). I’ll admit the Toycycle website isn’t as fancy or high-tech as some of the others I’ve listed, but it does the job.
Swap.com has used clothing and shoes for all family members. If you’re shopping for your kids, you can refine your search by finding new arrivals, items that are still tagged, or browsing clearance items. Swap.com for items with up to 90% off the retail price! If you order some items and you don’t like them when they arrive, you have 14 days to return them and shop.com will take care of the repurchase. And all orders over $ 75 come with free shipping. It’s hard not to love swap.com.
I couldn’t make a list of online child consignment stores without including the Facebook marketplace. Not only did I purchase a significant amount of children’s clothing from this source, I also sold a ton of children’s clothing through Marketplace. You can really find anything on the Facebook Marketplace. Simply enter your search term or use categories such as price, item condition or brand. With Facebook Marketplace you can find local sellers and pick up the item in person or have the items shipped to you.
