Naledi Nyahuma Seck joined The Orchard at Sony Music as Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Nyahuma Seck, based in Los Angeles, will report to Colleen Theis, Chief Operating Officer of The Orchard, and will work closely with Tiffany R. Warren, Executive Vice President, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Sony Music Group, who will serve in October take over.
In her newly appointed role, Nyahuma Seck will continue the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and develop talent pipelines and employee development programs.
Prior to joining The Orchard, Nyahuma Seck was Senior Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at Universal Music Group.
At Universal Music, she has led a team of diversity advisors for the company’s labels and business areas since 2019.
Nyahuma Seck was also Co-Chair of Internal / Institutional Change for Universal Music’s Task Force for Meaningful Change, founded in 2020.
Prior to Universal Music, Nyahuma Seck held positions at AEG, The Recording Academy, and others.
